
黄衍(1983.01-),教授,博士生导师,从事数据驱动决策理论与方法研究,聚焦林业资源优化配置与相关政策等问题。主持国家社会科学基金一般项目1项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、省部级项目5项。近五年以来第一/通讯作者发表论文22篇,包括:SCI检索13篇(其中JCR Q1区8篇,SCI中科院TOP 1区3篇),SSCI检索6篇,FMS高质量中文期刊论文收录4篇(T1类2篇,T2类2篇),CSSCI扩展版收录1篇,北大核心收录1篇等。提交17份资政建言报告,获省部级领导肯定性批示3份、国家林草局司局采纳2份、省级内部刊物采纳13份、福建省林业局采纳2份;主持或参与集体林权制度改革课题10余项。研究成果获得省级社会科学优秀成果二等奖1项、三等奖2项、青年佳作奖1项。主持省部级教改项目2项,撰写教改论文2篇,带领员工参加社会实践活动,团队连续三年获国家级/省级“三下乡”优秀称号;指导员工获全国“挑战杯”主体赛哲社类二等奖、省级“挑战杯”特等奖等9项奖项,获省级教学成果二等奖。2023年被评为福建省“三下乡”先进工作者,2025年被评为中国青年林业经济学家。
